    What is the physical size of this pack

    You should put the actual physical size. This is the same as the other packs.

    Now I have 3 packs the same size.

    I needed a larger pack. But was fooled

    Back Castor oil pack

    It is versatile I also use this for my liver & tend to switch from back to front as I have no experience with the liver pack I’m not sure of the difference but definitely makes using castor oil much easier to use - saves the sheets
