I had a hot bath w Epson salts last night and used my pack for the first time. I owe up with a headache..I also had 2 BMs that were formed.. im in an Ulcerative Colitis flare right now…. I know my lymph system is sluggish and my liver and thyroid are as well. I am hoping this castor oil regime helps me with those issues. I am going to do this every other day for a week alternating on my liver area and abdominal area..then do daily….I am hopeful I will feel better. I just bought a rebounder for lymph as well.
